Terms of Service
These Terms govern the website and educational services provided by Bryan True, operating as Bodily Truth.
Effective and last updated:
1. Acceptance and Scope
By using the public website, you agree to follow the website-use provisions of these Terms. A person requesting an appointment or multi-dream interpretation must separately review and affirmatively agree to the Terms, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy through the applicable service flow. Merely viewing public material does not create an appointment or individualized service relationship.
If you do not agree to the provisions that apply to your interaction, do not use that service.
2. Provider Identity
“Bodily Truth,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bryan True, operating as Bodily Truth. Bodily Truth is not a medical practice, mental-health practice, or emergency service.
3. Adult Eligibility
The website and services are intended for people age 18 or older. You may not submit a contact, intake, return, or dream-service form if you are under 18.
4. Geographic Eligibility
Appointments, intake and return forms, and dream-interpretation services are available only to eligible U.S. residents. An appointment client must also be physically located in the United States at the time of the appointment. You must provide accurate eligibility confirmations.
Geographic technical controls do not replace your confirmation and do not guarantee identity or location. Public educational material may be available more broadly.
5. Educational and Informational Nature
Bodily Truth provides educational and informational material about bodily awareness, self-observation, and related frameworks. Appointments, intake observations, provisional results, dream interpretations, course material, and written communications are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or other licensed health care.
Review the Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms. Do not use the site or services for an emergency or as a substitute for qualified professional care.
6. Appointments
An appointment is formed only after the applicable booking, payment, eligibility, and acceptance requirements are completed and confirmation is issued. An inquiry or form submission alone does not create an appointment.
You must provide an accurate email address, monitor appointment communications, attend at the confirmed time, and complete any required intake form. Appointment information may be delivered to the email or calendar service associated with the address supplied.
7. Intake and Return Forms
Information submitted through an intake or return form must be accurate, relevant, lawful, and limited to the submitter's own information or information the submitter is authorized to provide.
Bodily Truth may require clarification, decline to rely on incomplete information, or reject information that is unlawful, unnecessary, outside the service boundary, or submitted without authority.
8. Multi-Dream Interpretation
The multi-dream interpretation is based on up to three voluntarily submitted dreams and related context. It is educational and observational, not a psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or statement of objective fact.
Unless Bodily Truth confirms an extension in writing, the private submission link expires 90 calendar days after confirmed payment. An extension request must be submitted to [email protected] before expiration.
Bodily Truth does not offer or promise a public free single-dream reading. In an individual case, Bodily Truth may choose to waive the multi-dream price for an established client. A waiver is discretionary, creates no entitlement to a future waiver, and does not change eligibility, consent, privacy, or service boundaries.
9. Course and Certificate
If a course is offered, access is limited to personal educational use under these Terms and any additional terms presented with the course. Any completion certificate confirms only completion under the applicable course requirements and is not academic credit, professional certification, licensure, accreditation, continuing-education credit, or evidence of clinical qualification.
10. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices and required payment terms are stated before purchase. By completing a payment transaction, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to the payment provider's governing terms.
A private payment link is nontransferable. A payment by an ineligible person or a payment that cannot be matched to the intended service may be cancelled and refunded. The purchaser is responsible for taxes or charges lawfully imposed on the transaction unless stated otherwise.
11. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
The Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. In general, an appointment cancelled at least 48 hours before its scheduled time is eligible for a full refund; late cancellation, no-show, completed-session, and dream-service rules differ and are stated in that policy.
12. Privacy and Consumer Health Data
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and Cookie and Similar Technologies Notice. Required consumer-health-data consent is presented separately from these contractual Terms.
13. Your Service Information and Limited Permission
You retain ownership of information and original material you submit. You grant Bodily Truth only the limited permission reasonably necessary to receive, store, organize, analyze, discuss, reproduce internally, and otherwise process that material to provide and administer the service, protect the system, comply with law, and exercise or defend legal rights as described in the privacy policies.
This permission is not a public-posting license and does not authorize Bodily Truth to sell, publish, advertise with, or train a generative-AI model on your health information, dream narratives, contact inquiry, or client record.
14. Feedback
If you voluntarily send a suggestion specifically about improving the website or service design, you permit Bodily Truth to use that suggestion without compensation. “Feedback” does not include contact inquiries, intake or return answers, health information, dream narratives, appointment communications, practitioner notes, or privacy requests.
15. Session Capture and Personal Notes
A client may not audio record, video record, screen record, photograph, screenshot, or use an AI transcription tool, automated meeting assistant, or similar capture method during an appointment without prior written agreement from Bodily Truth and every other participant whose consent is required by applicable law.
You may take ordinary personal written notes for your own reference. A private summary prepared from memory or notes is not an official or complete Bodily Truth record. Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit conduct that cannot lawfully be restricted, but legality alone does not create permission to use Bodily Truth's service in breach of an agreed appointment condition.
16. Redistribution and Intellectual Property
The website, course, original explanations, graphics, branding, and other Bodily Truth materials are owned by Bryan True or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use materials made available to you for personal, noncommercial purposes.
You may not publish, sell, distribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or hold out as official substantial portions of an appointment, course, interpretation, visual, or other original Bodily Truth material without prior written permission. This does not restrict fair use or another right that cannot lawfully be waived.
17. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- submit false eligibility, identity, payment, or consent information;
- use another person's invitation, payment link, or private service material without authorization;
- probe, bypass, overload, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the site, forms, security controls, or access restrictions;
- upload malicious code or use automated requests in a way that burdens the service;
- impersonate another person or submit another person's private information without authority;
- use the service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or rights-infringing conduct; or
- misrepresent educational material as medical advice, an official Bodily Truth record, certification, or endorsement.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
Scheduling, payment, communications, hosting, video, publication, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and practices. Bodily Truth does not control an independent provider's availability, processing, content, or conduct and is not responsible for matters outside Bodily Truth's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
19. Availability, Changes, and Suspension
Bodily Truth may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue website material or an offered service for security, maintenance, legal, eligibility, capacity, or operational reasons. A paid service that Bodily Truth cannot provide will be addressed under the Refund Policy or other applicable law.
No uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service is promised.
20. No Guarantees
Individual experiences vary. Bodily Truth does not guarantee a health, emotional, financial, professional, educational, relationship, dream, or other outcome; that any framework will fit a particular person; or that information will be complete or error-free.
21. Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. This section does not exclude warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodily Truth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from use of the website or services. For a paid service, Bodily Truth's aggregate liability arising from that service will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or injury caused by conduct for which limitation is prohibited.
23. Responsibility for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses caused by your unlawful misuse of the service, violation of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Bodily Truth for Bodily Truth's own unlawful conduct or waive a nonwaivable right.
24. Informal Resolution
Before filing a legal proceeding, you and Bodily Truth agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue informally for 30 days after written notice, unless urgent injunctive relief, a statutory deadline, a small-claims filing, or applicable law makes that process inappropriate. Send legal notices to [email protected].
25. Governing Law and Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any applicable law that provides otherwise, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms may be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Minnesota.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of a mandatory protection or forum right provided by applicable law.
26. Electronic Communications
You agree that service confirmations, policy notices, receipts, and other communications may be provided electronically using the address you supply. You are responsible for keeping that address accurate. Electronic acceptance and records may satisfy writing or signature requirements where permitted by law.
27. Changes to These Terms
Bodily Truth may amend these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, or operations. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively after notice or renewed acceptance where required. An amendment does not retroactively alter a completed transaction except where required by law or agreed by the parties.
28. General Terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer a private service or these Terms without consent. Bodily Truth may transfer the agreement as part of a legitimate business reorganization or transaction, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-law obligations.
These Terms, the incorporated Disclaimer and Refund Policy, and the applicable service acceptance form constitute the agreement for the covered interaction. Privacy notices describe data practices and are not intended to waive legal rights.
