A little about me.
Bryan True
I have a background in medical technology and years of experience working within the medical field. During my time working in this field I realized it's genuine limitations in supporting health and recovery in patients. This motivated me to research from as many different angles as I could to uncover what was really holding people back from complete recovery and long lasting vitality. What I learned didn't crystallize completely until I experienced chronic health conditions first hand.
I faced my own chronic health challenges, including Gastritis, IBS/SIBO, and FQAD. Conventional and "natural" approaches didn't produce meaningful or lasting improvement, and my experience made clear why: they address isolated symptoms instead of supporting and integrating the system as a whole. This realization I had already previously understood theoretically but in a state of increasing discomfort and long term pain the reality of this was embodied.
I developed an ability that we all have inherently, but with modern life don't often use. That is the ability of interoreception. The ability to notice subtle changes in the body over time. I didn't develop this quickly. It happened over a period of 3-4 years of intermittent pain and discomfort, and the real value of this wasn't actualized until I surrendered my conceptual mind enough for my body to lead it.
Out of this experience came a different way of viewing the body and how to restore it for the long term without getting lost in short-term body hack culture, biased youtube health personalities, traditional medicine misapplication and other superficial ideologies about health. The framework I have built is one that recognizes the body's own intelligence and works to support the underlying conditions that allow it to regulate itself effectively. Over time, applying this approach to my own body allowed me to restore health in ways that nothing else could.
This model has been built through surrender, sincerity and an unrelenting pursuit of the truth. It utilizes a supplement, herbal medicine and lifestyle strategy that follows the body's needs instead of overriding them. In my system these external inputs like supplements and herbs are helpful and often a necessity, but long term restoration brings an independence from them too. My role is to help clients identify patterns in their life that are interfering with long term health. This comes through establishing a baseline, supporting it and from that foundation developing bodily interoreception so navigating health challenges becomes instinctive instead of abstract and confusing. My ultimate goal in this is for you to develop a connection with your body so you can take your health back into your own hands.
My Approach
I work with clients by helping them understand how their body is currently functioning by identifying the body's constitutional baseline, patterns, responses, and overall current state.
From this context it then becomes possible to recommend changes to routine and diet as well as to their nutraceutical and herbal approach so that it's aligned with their bodily needs.
