Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full Refund — Advance Cancellation

A full refund may be requested if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellation or No-Show

Refunds are not provided for:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment
• Missed appointments (no-shows)
• Failure to attend the scheduled session

Appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be offered to others on short notice.

Compassionate Exceptions

In cases of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, Bodily Truth may, at its sole discretion, choose to provide a refund or reschedule.

Such exceptions are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually.

After a Session Has Occurred

Because the service consists of time-based educational consultation and preparation, refunds are not provided after a session has taken place.

• The email used to book the appointment
• The appointment date and time
